A creative development project supported by British Council/Arts Council England through the Artist International Development Fund (AIDF) giving Dam Van Huynh an invaluable opportunity to spend a month and a half in his birth country Vietnam – collaborating with Arabesque, engaging with local artists, learning traditional and contemporary ideas and collecting music samples as part of his heritage rediscovery process. This experience has triggered a pivotal shift in Van Huynh’s movement language inviting him to delve ever deeper into the nature of the human condition.
